As an independent management company with over twenty years of experience, Isatis Capital has established itself in the field of growth capital and succession capital by supporting more than 125 French SMEs. In a market where distribution is becoming more professional and digitalization is an essential lever, the team is strengthening its commercial approach and modernizing the entire investor and partner journey.

Introducing Isatis Capital

Isatis Capital is a fully independent management company. The team has over 20 years of experience in private equity, with a specialization in primary growth and succession capital operations.

We support leaders—often founders of their own companies—who seek a financial partner to:

  • accelerate their growth, or

  • start a succession phase with key management.

From the beginning, we have supported more than 125 French SMEs in the digital, health, and engineering sectors. Our performance is strong and consistent over time.

Our investment solutions cater to two types of clients:

  • on one side, institutional investors,

  • and on the other, intermediated clients.

We actively invest in digital transformation, convinced that it is an essential lever to strengthen and modernize our relationship with investors.

What is your role within Isatis Capital?

I joined Isatis Capital over four years ago to contribute to the development of intermediated clients: independent financial advisor networks, financial advisor groups, multi-family offices, online distributors, and, of course, private banks.

In practice, I work on getting our products listed and on-field commercial activities to promote our investment solutions.

Today, we are 18 people on the team, and over the past year, we have accelerated our focus on intermediated clients by hiring two new partnership managers. We had already revamped our visual and editorial guidelines, redesigned our website, and digitized our subscription process. This groundwork now allows us to manage larger volumes and focus on developing new partnerships.

You've mentioned digitalizing relationships with your investors. When did you decide to adopt a digital solution, and how was InvestHub chosen?

Choosing a digital solution was an evident decision early on. A tool was already in place before I arrived at Isatis Capital, but we wanted to go further: having a more flexible solution that would allow us to maintain control over our processes while collaborating with a partner capable of evolving the platform alongside us. It was this vision that led us to choose InvestHub.

We launched our first fund in 2024 using this solution. The objective was clear: support the scaling of our intermediated activity and have a reliable, smooth, and scalable tool capable of supporting a large number of partners with diverse profiles.

We have thus implemented a fully digital journey, from partner onboarding to client subscription, perfectly meeting our needs. We can now create a new fund in a few clicks, share a link with our partners, and enable them to independently and securely manage their subscriptions.

What are the main improvements brought by the partner portal?

There are many! Our initial aim was to streamline and unify digital subscription, right through to electronic signature, to simplify life for our partners and their clients.

The InvestHub portal offers a dedicated space for each partner, allowing them to track the progress of files and subscriptions in real time. This gives them complete visibility and lets them focus on their core business: advising.

We are already observing numerous benefits: a smoother process, improved traceability of steps, and a significantly enhanced user experience. The simplicity of electronic signing, transparency in tracking, and automated communication at every step have truly transformed our way of working.

In summary, investors and advisors now have complete visibility on the progress of subscriptions, which fundamentally changes the experience and efficiency.

Is there any aspect where the support from InvestHub teams had a notable impact?

What we particularly appreciate is InvestHub's ability to listen and adapt. The teams have understood our needs and co-developed specific features with us, always with a focus on continuous improvement.

We genuinely feel a sense of an evolving partnership: some features we requested later benefit other management companies, and vice versa. It is a collaborative model where everyone helps advance the platform.

InvestHub is not just a technical provider: they are a partner in support and change management.

What, in your opinion, are the main indicators of success for this digitalization?

The first indicator is time savings. We have significantly simplified the signing and monitoring of distribution agreements.

We also observe sustained growth in platform usage, along with a steadily increasing adoption rate: even the most paper-oriented partners are now embracing digital, convinced by the smooth journey.

Finally, the error rate in dossiers has significantly decreased thanks to automated checks and reliable processes. It is a gain in quality, time, and peace of mind for all stakeholders.

The interview highlights a critical point: commercial efficiency and the quality of partner relationships today require a robust and scalable digital infrastructure.
